Are you sure you are giving us the question correctly?

Why?
Because 37g is a measure of mass, whereas kl (kiloliters) is a measure of volume. They don't equate, directly unless you forgot to tell us that you are asking the volume of 37 grams of water, which is equal to 37 cubic centimeters (cc), of which 37cc = 0.037 of one liter, or equals 37 milliliters (ml) or 0.000037kiloliters. Even that doesn't sound like a legitimate homework question.

I guess it was a legitimate HW question. Don't forget this also assumes water at a certain temperature.
