Guess iot depends on the laws, but in general once the adoption is finalized the child has the exact same standing as any biological child and therefore the parents rights are the same as if they had birthed him/her. The cild does not "go back" into adoption unless both parents and their failies actually abandon the child, at which point you have to ask: why bother adopting in the first place?
