Live lively is correct, file a complaint with the State medical board and DEA, did this Dr bill for a "medical visit"? Because if he did, file a complaint with the State insurance commission as well

And more importantly, was this an 'online' doctor? or a local doctor? MANY docs (some legit, and some, well, not so legit) prescribe online nowadays sight unseen, charge a fortune though, but hey, it happens ... not sure what can be done about that, but know they are trying to crack down on this sort of method, too ... yikes. Think that is also a DEA thing.
