    If the flaws were strictly cosmedic and the purpose and function were not compromised...maybe not.
    If it was a design flaw for something important...yes, absolutely!

    i agree with the person who said tell them how creative they are and the person who said check their reaction to the minor flaw then decide to point out more or not.
