Yes because if he is wrong, then it is inherrent regardless of the audience. The opposite also holds--if something is true, it's true whether or not you believe it.

First I thought this was totally an oxymoron. Then I looked it up and decided it was a paradox. But that seemed such an ambiguous contradiction, it didn't feel right.<br />
I normally hate such broad generalizations but when it's true, well I just can't argue with it.

Well yes, of course he is. It doesn't matter who's around or who hears him, if he's incorrect with what he's saying then surely he's incorrect to both genders not just women ? :D
