A weight loss question...

Ok. now that Ive accepted myself and Im well aware of how fat I have become. now its time for me to get serious. I am around 5ft 8 and im pretty big, I feel like I weigh around 250 lbs, i dont have a scale anymore but my measurements are, 40 on the breast, 35 around the waist and 45 on the hips. i feel so fat, i am disgusted with myself everytime I look in the mirror, Ive done nothing but gain, gain, gain, im always hungry I always feel my stomach growling about every 2 hours. i just want to be thin again. it feels so impossible, i used to be a size 0 and in two years time ive gone up to a size 16, i always said if i got past a certain weight i would probably become anorexic and stop eating, im too scared to look at the scale. im scared i will see 200 something. i want to be a size 4 before next summer. my ultimate goal is a 2. some weight loss ideas please?

Find something to fix the "always hungry" problem and the rest will be easy. That was my story, too. I know I improved my situation by figuring out how to determine the difference between hunger and sadness or anger, but I never did figure out the difference between hunger and stress. Do what you can to get good sleep every night and to de-stress your life as much as possible. That's all I've got. In my experience, anything else tends to be a temporary fix.

You can do it. I weighed 230, and now I'm down to 176.9.

But If you haven't weighed yourself, you won't know for sure If' you're really at 250. My hip and waist measurements are the same as yours, ( I think, I haven't measured in a while)and I'm also wearing 16s, so maybe you really don't weigh 250 and weigh somewhere around 180.

Not sure what the question was either, but focus on the first 21 days... Just make a promise to yourself not to bust your diet and plan for those 3 weeks...

I really think the only way you get into it and make a difference is if you feel and see results... So start with a diet and walk 30 minutes a day... Then once you have that down start a couch to 5k program on top of that 30 minutes.... You'll be surprised how fast it falls off

Honestly, I don't have an experience like that, but it always makes me happy to see someone strive for something! I'm sure you can do it! I wish you good luck! :D

You can do it! I lost 60lbs since last year. If I can do it, you can do it. Move more, eat less. portion control. Eat half a desert instead of the whole thing. Don't buy garbage to have in your home.

Don't give it up. Give half of it up. Google carb addiction.
