TODAY?? Not very likely.. If you told me 10 years ago, I'd be willing to believe that..maybe even 20. Although I wonder what it's based on, since we have no idea how much resourse there actually is, since the Earth is a big, deep, and still has many secrets to uncover, and the many ways we still don't know how to use what we have..
Personally, I think what you heard is a myth, but I have no trouble at all of us acting as if it's true..
