People remember arranged marriage is common in India. Just because there is an agreement or even affection that does NOT mean there is anything physical to the relationship at this point.
that being said. while a 12 year old may have feelings of affection for someone older that is not a mature kind of Love. the old saying that : "one can not truly love another until they know themselves." comes to mind. A 12 year old (even one who may be mature for their age) Still has no real clue who they are as a person.
I hope you will give her the opportunity and freedom to choose for herself and allow her family to save face should she discover her affection for you is that of mentor and elder rather then romantic in nature.

Hey Rahul, you must be crazy to think that she is mature enough at 12, when you at 22 are so immature. Well, had you been 32 and she 22, things would have been different and acceptable. At 12, I doubt if she can wipe her *** properly without leaving a trace of **** in her panties.
As rightly mentioned by TrackyDaks, it is inappropriate and illegal in this entire universe. Please spare that poor kid and find a matured, above 18 year old girl, for yourself who can give you much more pleasures and no one will question you on that.

Is she mature enough to love you at 12? As a mentor? Yes. Brother? Yes. Sexually? No. As a lover? No. As a romantic partner? No.
Will she be more mature at 18? Yes, I should think so, but mental maturity depends from person to person. I suggest you keep waiting, till she's legal. :)

i once watched a show on national geographics where children were in arranged marriages. they got married between the ages of 8 and 12. difference is, both in the marriage were the same age, and they didnt begin living together until they were at least 18. and even thereafter, they all said that they would like to change the tradition so that their kids would one day be able to choose for themselves at an appropriate age. that being said... the only way she should be loving you right now is as an older brother or mentor, etc and in no way romantically. you could initiate a sexual relationship with her and when she grows up she will see it as having been abuse because her mind is in no way mature enough to handle what you're suggesting. i not only doubt about the fact that she probably hasnt even started her period yet or grown in certain areas to be a woman, but i also know for a fact that she is a child, not only according to law, but also according to her mindset. no 12 year old i know is mature enough to even think about budgets, let alone cook and clean as a wife. if you worked and returned home- she wouldnt be able to grasp the concepts of the working world if you tried to explain what your day had been like. please see how disturbing it is if you are attracted to this child. do not further abuse her with these notions. get an education rather than think of expanding your population any further.
