Am I an enabler if my mom screams at me all the time and I can't find a way to get her to stop?

I usually just block it all out. Becuase it's all the time even for little things. If I say something she screams louder and starts throwing things. If I leave she follows me. Maybe I should get in her face and scream back?

    No you're not. I have a mom like this. She blames me for everything. Constantly screams at me. I used to let it get to me before. These days i stand up to her. I don't necessarily scream, i just get my point across.
