There's a BMI scale on the Weight Watcher's page that will help you determine whether or not you are overweight, obese, or morbidly obese. I was overweight until I lost 31 pounds and now I am within range. I intend to lose an additional 20 pounds and then maintain my new weight. Rated: +2Vote for this!
glsrabbit	Posted May 28th, 2009 at 5:27PM There are lots of reasons that a person is over weight. Your Thyroid and metabolism could be the issue here. I am with a company that has a weight loss program that targets both of these. My roommate started the program after she did her own research about the program and noticed results the first month and in the second month droped one size in her top and pants. armywifeward	Posted May 26th, 2009 at 12:01AM It does sound simple until no matter what the person does they just cant seem to drop the pounds, you should check with your dr, ask him to run test on you alot of times what some people dont understand is there are health issues that can cause you to be a very heavy person!
