If smoking wasn't actually bad for your health, but still had cosmetic effects (e.g. made your teeth and fingers yellow and wrinkles around your mouth), would you smoke?

Nope I never cared about the health problems when I was a smoker. It wasn't until I'd quit that I realized how bad off I was getting with my cough and sinus issues. I never cared about the cosmetic issue either. I just got to the point where smoking was too expensive and I noticed other people who smoked stink so I knew I was stinky too. <br />

After five years the smell makes me gag. So glad I quit!

No. Set aside the fact that it's smelly. It's so expensive, I could not justify spending the money.

That was what inspired me to quit, I didn't want to pay the money for them anymore.

I couldn't afford it, at over £8-a-packet!
