Travel with a group of strangers. Set up new dreams. Focus. Eliminate the significant others. Hike yourself to the highest peak of the mountain. Taste your sweat and tears of determination. Make myself a cup of morning coffee with a breath taking sun rise of new hope
I workout or practice yoga.
Shoot something. Nothing like a little controlled destruction to let it all out.
If forensic evidence weren't so good I'd tell you what I would like to do but probably taking a long walk will be the best answer. It gives you quiet time to think and it gets you moving so you don't have time to moap Works for me
