Any advice for making the separation easier?

In exactly a week I will be flying back to the states. You'd think that having to be apart from my husband would have gotten easier by now since he's in the military and we've been apart a million times before, but it's definitely the opposite. It breaks my heart more and more every time. Any advice for making the separation easier? I'm not sure how many more times I can do it without having a nervous breakdown...

Ensure you have lots of photos, memories, and a piece of clothing that smells of him that you can sleep with. Also use your freinds on here to keep you company. Take care we will get you through

how about stop thinking negatively. think positive - ull see him again. it's not as if it's an actual seperation. you're not splitting up, it's just time apart. it's not easy. nothing ever is. but at least it's not a complete loss like some people have to face. you'll have him back pretty soon. time won't go any quicker if you wollow in it. time is likely to go quicker if you keep busy, enjoy yourself a little.
