You can't just target weight loss in the stomach. You will lose weight where you last put it on not where it last seems you put it on.

Belly Dancing my friend ! It was created years ago to help prepare a womans body for birth, by of course working those lovley stomach muscles. Its allot of fun and great for targeting your middle area. Withinn a few months love handles will deminish and it's something you can do at home ... washing dishes ect. allot of places offer classes for you to take,if not just look it up on you tube.

Cut out fatty foods for a while.
Be sensible with what you eat and try to make good choices.
Of course, crunches are effective.
But mostly it's about what you eat - do can do all the work-outs in the world but if you're still eating crap (or drinking it) it won't help an ounce.
best of luck ;)
