water-water-water, but don't stop eating, eat 5 times a day, more protien, less carbs, oil if any would be olive for salads and cocanut oil for cooking, if you do eat bread, cracked grain, don't cut off the crust, chia seeds in water(on dr oz) i know weak huh, but a body builder guy stands by it, when your very hungry they stop the hunger, eat cotttage cheese at night, keeps hunger away, you have to eat, if you work out, muscle burn cal's, don't be a stick, women have curves.
chia from heath food store, do you like yogurt? greek is the best(better for you)remember you have to eat fat(the oils are good) almonds too, fat is brain food(really) you need it, egg whites(cook in olive oil or coconut oil)if you eat five smalll decent meals your metab will burn cals, the yogurt is good for night snacks, low carb and filling, makes you sleepy, stay away from deli meats too(nitrates and acid in the stomache) also do the weight loss on your time, don't try to do fast, if someone gives you crap give them the universal hand gesture :) go girl.
Don't weigh yourself. Instead, eat a well-rounded diet involving a healthy amount of carbs and protein but limit fat. Start participating in sports and go running about 3 days a week. Then add in simple strength building exercises like pushups and crunches.
Stop eating bread or any kind of grains (along with starchy veggies), and consider cutting out all dairy<br />
Don't eat anything processed and eat organic foods<br />
Limit your drinks to water or tea<br />
Basically cut out all non-essentials of your diet
exercise and plenty water
eat if your hungry that is healthy but not to much lots of water, no sodas, junk foods.. and exercise

Someone once posted and answer to a similar question and they said something along the lines of "eat like a diabetic" lol you will definitely lose weight
eat small portions of fruit and vegetables. skip on ranch, butter, and milk related products. go slim on saturated fats!
