One of the easiest, most awesome snacks to make: bacon wheels. Get a roll of puff pastry. Roll it out. Grate cheese over it and cover it in rashers of raw bacon. Roll it up again and put it in the freezer. When it's nice and firm, cut it into wheels, place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes on a reasonably high temperature or until golden brown. This is a big hit at parties, and so easy to make. You can also substitute the bacon and cheese for just about any filling!

I always liked sausage rolls, and my aunt used to make these great little pinwheel sandwiches, She'd get a loaf of unsliced bread, then she would slice it, lengthwise. Mix cream cheese with a little mayo and sweet relish, and spread it on the bread, roll it up side ways, cut it into slices about 1/2 inch thick, press a thin slice of pimento olive into the top of each pinwheel. Yummy and pretty.

get packet puff pastry, and roll in some very strong cheddar cheese. You can make your own cheese straws or other shapes.

thick peelings from potatoes, parsnips, carrots, beetroot make great crisps, spray with olive oil and grind some salt over then bake till crispy. They always go down well at parties.

cheese and pinapple or grapes on sticks

chuncks of seasoned chicken breast on sticks

crudites and a dip... Hope you have fun at this party :o)
