Maybe some garlic? Cumin and allspice....
then lightly top off with some tahini sauce (mixed with some hot pepper) and a touch of lemon on top and bake it!

Season with: salt, pepper, and some lemon, or lime.

Olive oil in a warm pan, then add some garlic, sautee it up.

Then add the seasoned tilapia to pan. Cook for a few minutes.

Add a splash of Tapatio and serve. :)

This is easy and really good. Salt and pepper the fish. Mix equal parts of pickle juice and mayonnaise. Spread this over the fish and bake till done.

It makes a very good dill sauce. Trust me.

take your individual filets and wrap them in aluminum foil, kind of like a loose Christmas present. Fill it w/ a little butter, some lemon and just a drop of orange. Bake @ 350

Of course you could substitue the lemon/orange with any other citrus you prefer.

Brush it lightly with olive oil, or dot it with butter, sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap loosely in foil, and bake at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes.
