Any ideas on what might be causing this sudden nausea and dizziness?

Suddenly I am extremely dizzy and nauseous. i feel like i might pass out any moment. I am 29 weeks pregnant and took my iron pill and prenatals last night. I have a 2 yr old and 1 yr old to care for I need to feel better asap. I just drank some water. Just can't think of anything else that might be causing this.

I agree... make an appointment to see your doctor. Some gals are susceptible to gestational diabetes. Just be assured that it isn't by seeing your doctor.

(PS... and then you can hold it over the child's head someday that you not only lost your girlish figure but also developed a myriad of problems carrying him when he gets into trouble and you are exasperated with him. You can find this awesome "mommy guilt trip" in the manual that most new mothers receive by some of us old nanny goats at your baby shower... Chapter 5, "How To Properly Manipulate Your Child Into Cleaning It's Room".) JUSSSSS' Kiddin'!!! lol
Seriously, good luck with this wonderful time of your life! Children are blessings! (*hugs)

Yeah, you should get medical attention.

My wife had twins and her belly got so big that she had to be in a recliner and turned on her side. The turned on her side part was because her belly was actually putting pressure on a primary artery and was making it difficult for blood to properly circulate through her body. Not sure how big your belly is right now but just something to consider.
