Think happy thoughts ... always! There's always a positive side, and if you can see it, you will save yourself a lot of grief and misery.

Make it a point to try and be alone at times. Take a long private walk in the country. Don't expect anything just listen to the thoughts and voice of you inner self. What is it you truly want and desire. Then try to determine why you want these things. What kind of person are you? Are other people happy when they are in your presence? Do you know how to love? Are you afraid or apprehensive to express your feelings and if so why? What is your deepest regret and why? What is it that makes you happy? What do you look forward to? All of these questions and answers will come to you in your private moments when you can shut the world down and listen. Make time for yourself. It becomes addicting but what a wonderful addiction it is!!!! Your friend Joel.

$crewing out of loneliness doesn't really work.
Self-hatred actually does not make you a better person.
If you lose your good health, you may lose everything you thought was more important than your health, so it's good to take care of that health.
More stuff does not lead to lasting happiness.
Be kind to the unfortunate, you could be where they are faster than you think.
    Compassion feels better than judgment.

Here's some things i have learned along my journey in this life.
Except that not everything will work out, Not everyone will be there, not everyone is true, real, or honest. Understand that it's okay not to understand, asking questions and judging is how we learn. Take nothing in this life at face value, Everything goes much much deeper.Don't just accept what others say, Find the truth. Peace begets peace and hate begets hate. People lie, sometimes for good sometimes for bad; outcomes are never certain. Intentions often bring the unintended, life goes on. Understand that no matter how alien you may feel to this world and to its people; your not alone, so many others do. Many people act in good for outcomes of evil, if some one brings evil onto you, first practice patience, act wisely, and in respect. Don't weaken yourself, or give in to the wants of others, In the end it will only be you in the casket. You can do it, no matter how many say you cant. The biggest lie you'll ever hear is when someone says something is impossible. Your mind is as powerful as nature, your tongue is greater than any weapon. "With great power comes great responsibility " is a wise, true statement; along with many things people find cliche.
Patience is an acquired virtue, and a talent; that's why people "Practice" patience.

If you feel like talking i'l be here or on soon. sometimes problems take more than random life advice.

If you think you might be bi, think long and hard before choosing to be gay. It's a tough row to hoe, and really tough to go back to being straight. Keep your finances in order. Buy low, sell high.

First Google Calvin Coolidge on Persistence. He said it better than I can.
Second . Consider and make every decision based on the amount of regret it may cause you ultimately and dodge all the regret you can.
