So I entereed a race and trained for it, but I could have put in more time on the bike to be honest... This race WAS 4 stages to reach a total of 175km.... now at the last minute it has been crammed into 3 stages so obviously one stage ends up being longer. I am so nervous. I have done a 100km training ride and been riding regularly... but I have got pre race nerves.... any advice on how I can get my mindset right?
Try not to count the end of the first stage
