Whole wheat bread, yes. White, no. The best is using it on one side of the bread, deli mustard on the other, turkey (or tempeh, love both), sprouts, pickles, tomato, lettuce. Yum-o!

I prefer it on corn chips, but I have eaten it as a sandwich, however, I don't do that anymore because it raises my blood sugars so badly.
