You might think there is no scientific evidence to back it up, but there is nothing saying it doesn't work! It's not about if it works, there just stating that all blood groups need to eat or should stay away from certain foods! Just like people who are lactose intolerant, they cannot digest lactose like most people! Or celiac people cannot digest wheat products! It's no different!<br />
So blood diets doesn't mean u cannot eat certain foods, they are saying some blood types are more sensitive than others & give you good food choices that help deal with problems you might be having! Also it deals with body composition & energy! <br />
So, you might think its crap, but it has far more merit than diets out there telling you to limit calories to loose weight, when all that is going to do is slow your matabolism down & limit your fat burning & put you in a catabolic state which is going to eat into muscle more than anything else!<br />
So blood group reading isn't really dieting, it's giving you better food choices for your blood type! I should know I work with blood every day!
