Any one have an easy to make ice cream recipe sweetened with stevia ONLY? I do have an automatic ice cream maker.

    I've only used stevia to enhance a smaller amount of a different sweetener like raw honey or maple syrup. Coconut sugar is very low glycemic and good also but there's some controversy over the sustainability.....uh.....no but I am curious how it would turn out. If you find one let me know what you think.

    Have you tried searching recipes online? I have an automatic ice cream maker too, I personally play the mad scientist with mine. The basic ice cream recipe is half n half,a sugar of choice,vanilla, and added fruit n nut,granola ectera. They have a fat free half n half too. I make yogurt ice cream too.
