honey lemon and ginger all fresh and boil and drink also a steam will help clear the lungs of mucus. simple bowl of hot water and towel over head will do!.

Lots of fluids, vitamin C, and sleep. Failing that, a quick trip to the doctor for some antibiotics will do the trick.

Plenty of fluids (fruit juice is good) and whatever you do, avoid anything dairy; it makes (yuccch) mucus.
Wrap up and keep warm, avoid physical work, it streeses the lungs.

Anything--be it holistic or otherwise--that serves as an expectorant. You need to get the goo loose and out of yur lungs. Hope you feel better soon. :-)
