Any tips to stop feeling so nauseated? I think I might have a stomach virus.?

Yogurt (with live cultures) or kefir. You can also take probiotic supplements, such as acidophilus. It takes a few hours, but it will naturally restore the ecosystem in your digestive tract without the harmful effects of antibiotics.

Eat burnt toast. This will absorb all of your acids in the stomach. I don't know about the virus but you look young so you should try to wait it out so that your body can built up immune fighting properties of your body. Good luck

ginger tea or gingerale. bland diet, like toast, crackers.

peppermint oil on a handkerchief, then sniff when feeling upset tummy

Pepto 'the pink stuff' Bismol. That way when you heave, it'll be pretty(er) in pink.
