Give a **** about your health. Smoking is about the worst thing you can do for your health.

    granted, I still smoke. but I don't exactly give a ****.

I did, six months ago, and I haven't looked back once. I do sometimes have dreams, like last night, that I smoke a cigarette, but that is as close as I come to it. I remind myself just how proud I am of myself, and I really, really am. I won't mess it up.

A few years ago I quit for about a week. I haven't even tried since then.
