yhh i have it. its really annoying. i waste so much time doing nothing. i try to get myself involved in something real lol. the second you start to do it just try to tell yourself not to. fight it, don't let it take over. also if you need to get something done set your self small tasks and give yourself breaks. this helps me as in long,big tasks i get frustrated and my mind starts to wander! I am a huge bookworm, and I will find myself putting a book down and drifting off into a daydream instead, and books are one of my favorite things, I miss them, I want to stop daydreaming so I can go back to reading.
