All exercises in my routine are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. I do 4 sets of each exercise. There is an additional 10 second rest when moving to a new exercise. Ok, here is what I do:
1.) Burpees
2.) Push ups
3.) Military press with dumbbells
4.) Dips
5.) Curls with dumbbells
6.) Situps on an inclined board
7.) Leg lifts (for abs) on the dip stand.
I have an app on my iPhone that is really helpful for the exercise timing. Tabata Pro. Highly recommend it.
I have been doing this since June 30th. Sometimes 3x per week (such as if I am on vacation), sometimes 2x, at least 1X. Anyway, I re commited to exercise after not doing very much of it for the last 2 years.
Also doing some cardio (most of the times that will be on a different day). For cardio I will run or bike or combo the two. Today I ran 5 miles. Last weekend was the first time in over 30 years that I ran that kind of distance in a continuous run. Cooler weather helped. Cardio is at most once a week.
On Friday afternoons I cut my grass... which provides some level of exercise. It can be pretty tough when it is 90+ degrees.
