if your diet involves a lot of processed foods/ sugars then cut back on that stuff. Sugar is main cause for build up of fat. My aunty went on a complete sugar free diet and started losing weight immediately. I however tried just cutting back on sugar/ junk food and aft the first 3 weeks i lost 2-3 kilos :) worth a try
