eh not really worth the upgrade yet almost no apps right now so you spend just as much time on the desktop. Annoying start interface but you get used to it.

I love it. Once I got used to pressing the windows key, it was much better than moving my mouse to the start icon. However, Windows 8 is meant for more portable devices, such as tablets, so there may be some features or functions that are bothersome, given they are there by defaults. Since most of my activity does not depend on the layout or transitions of the OS, Windows 8 works best for me. Personally, I love it. Many of my friends either despise its defaults, find it annoying, or notice no difference.
