Anyone believe in dreams?

I keep having dreams about a guy i used to mess around with a few years ago. I was in love with him or maybe it was just lust. But he has never gone this long without calling me(its been 5 months now)... Sometimes the dreams are sexual and sometimes there of me trying to get him back? I know that he is totally wrong for me and im married now and preg so what could these dreams possiblely mean??
