Anyone believe in spirits & do you have a spiritual guardian watching over you now that you are aware of?

They are referred to a spirit guides, guardian angels, angels, guardians. guides etc. And yes I do believe in spirits ... for they are just another part of a universal realm that some are conscious of and can connect with. Just another dimension of the unseen but for those of us that can they are of the"seen"

I don't know for sure but sometimes I can feel my late husband's presence.

I do believe in spirits (non-physical beings living in the universe), and I do believe that I have many spiritual guides, helpers and healers attending to me at one time or another. I am not clairvoyant, but do have tools by which we can communicate; and sometimes if they want to attract my attention, they will make a loud crack noise.
The Nature Kingdoms can give guidance messages as well, by what they do in one's presence; then one enquires what the message was exactly.

We who are embodied on the dense 3-D earth plane of existance have much help "behind the scenes". Of course, if we are aware and attentive, so much more benefit can be obtained from it.

Oh yes, there are spitrits almost everywhere. Do some of them watch over people, yes. Some help and some hinder. Yes there are those who watch over me and is with me all the time. Teachers, guides, guardians, call them what you will. Theya re very very real
