I get this. Not quite at the 'god' end - but I spend a lot of time thinking how everyone else is an idiot, and then someone does something that makes me think 'Wow' and I look around and realise that everyone can do the same sort of thing as the 'wow' guy, and I feel really substandard. I get amazed by people doing regular stuff really well, and baffled by people who can't do really complicated stuff when I can.
I confuse myself, too - if I've understood you properly - and I'm twice your age, so it doesn't get any better.

**** on god. Maybe you feel below others only because they don't understand your superiority. Or perhaps you are ignorant and their substandard view of you is correct. Hard to say.
