Anyone good with opening computer files?

I have a music program that's in .flp format. However, when I click on it to open it, it says there isn't an application to open the file. Does anyone know what application I should get to open the music program that's in .flp format?

I so wish my other half was home now ... he is a BOFFEN when it comes to computers...he writes computer software and would know how to do this ... - i will try get the ans for you but it wont be today... just looking at the wording flp format... is it not in FTP format? I could pos be wrong but I promise you ... he would know
