Anyone had an experience-it was kind of in a religious setting all peace all knowledge?

did I mention this feeling of total peace and total knowledge only lasted about 30 seconds - understanding of all things instantly-and having the most peaceful feeling I've to this day ever experienced, and then out of nowhere a piece of furniture behind me in the dining room (2 piece hutch) just fell-and the feeling was gone-that was over 35 years ago-that feeling was worth all the money on this earth- then suddenly gone-no peace no total knowledge-the only thing I was left with was the one thing-----it was just simple-- In the end it will be okay.

wideopenspaces77	Posted Oct 2nd, 2009 at 2:28AM yes ,i was raised catholic and as a child i KNEW God was everywhere,in everything.I was in church swinging my legs against the pew and i looked up at the beautiful light fixtures and squinted a bit and the prismatic light I knew k for sure i was right god is everywhere and in all things.I felt very at peace then like I was answered by God," yes you are right little girl i am you and you are me."I felt blissful. Asevan	Posted Oct 1st, 2009 at 9:02PM I've felt like that several times. It's truly beyond description, but the closest I can get is that everything fits together as it should -- everything is "in its place" and "how it should be," and it's very peaceful. I'm convinced it was true enlightenment, and I long to return to moments like that. Alan Watts describes it in one of his books, "This is It." Rated: +1Vote for this!
