We've had one for years. My wife loves it, I guess I just can't find the right number. I still wake up with my back hurting.
One more drawback, there is 2 chambers in the larger sizes, (I'm not sure where they start) one for each person. with a firm piece of foam between them. It feels like your lying on a fence post if you get on it., like to snuggle your mate. At least until it gets "broken down" where it's not so stiff.
OH YEA, and sally1981, that's my 2nd favorite number, too.
(Most fav is 77, where I get 8 more!!)

I've been thinking about buying one as well, the foam block in the middle seems like a major "con" in the list of "pros and cons"
