You can make cinnamon rolls with Bisquick. Add brown sugar and butter and roll it up.

it's peach season. make bicuits, slice in half (like hamburger buns). take fresh peaches and crush them and add sugar to make sweet. pour between warm biscuits. pour more on top. add fresh sliced peaches. top with whipped cream. this works with strawberries too.

I like to make shortcakes out of them...you can google the recipe. Makes an excellent sweet drop biscuit that's perfect with strawberries, peaches, apples, etc.

Good morning,

I have used it to make mango cranberry-raisin muffins, but then I ended up just using flour and baking powder. I'll put the recipe here for anyone who is interested:

Mango Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
Cranberry raisins
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar (OR) 3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 cup(s) Mango Pulp

* Cut and peel two very ripe (soft to the touch) Mangos and reduce to soft pulp and juice.

* Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

* In a separate bowl combine oil, milk, and egg.

* Mix liquid ingredients with dry until just moist and stir in the Mango pulp.

* Fill greased muffin tins, or paper muffin cups two-thirds full.

* Bake at 400ºF for 15 - 18 minutes.

Use toothpick to test.
