Anyone know how to file a real complaint against a BAD doctor that I keep hearing horrible things about?

There is this horrible doctor I keep hearing about in Atlanta. And I really want to report her. The things I hear are cruel and backwards. Like certain days she doesn't allow her employee's to have lunch breaks (isn't that illegal?) , I hear she hires just anybody to work in the office with no background check OR drug test because she's too cheap to pay for that per employee. Plus she hires just anybody because she know she can offer basically near minimum wage for people desperately seeking a job. She has all employee's working and handling personal client files and isn't that dangerous in the hands of people who you don't even know who they are? Would you want some druggy or possible ex-con handling your personal files, info, social security #, etc? I really think she needs to be stopped and all the employee's she has working there now need to be background checked and drug tested.!

Anyone know any info on how I could go about this complaint so there could be some real action taken?

the only evidence that I have is an ex-employee who actually admitted to not being given a background check or drug test. and all info above. but she doesn't want to file the complaint. and other people happen to talk about this doctor and her unprofessional attitude so I'm pretty sure these things are true.

I think it's easier to sue a doctor in America than in Canada. you can go to medical board and tell them about her.
