Your diet may help. Protein (meat) is necessary for muscle. I'm not talking weight lifters type, but your normal muscles in your body. <br />
I'd had a very stressful event in my life a couple years ago. My appetite diminished and as I was very heavy at the time, I didn't worry feeling I could do to loose a few pounds. <br />
Yet I did something terrible in this. When your body cannot feed from the stomach, it feeds on itself. My muscles in my upper arms went to hanging skin. As well as my belly skin. <br />
You may have seen old ladies with skin hanging from their arms and face. THIS is the cause. They don't eat.<br />
Now you want to gain. Protein means muscle. Muscles support your bones. Meat is protein. So I hope you're not vegan. <br />
Mild exercise wont hurt. I said MILD. Don't go overboard. Exercise helps to tighten the muscles. You can do this without having to eat fattening foods.<br />
Multi vitamins. I take individual vitamins and NOT the single tablet once a day. <br />
