    i do, a bit, in moderation. I wouldn't want to have a Kimchee feast, but as a snack, or a side dish it's pretty good.

    it says it's "fermented"....I don't do alchol at all.....is it free of it?

    No...no alcohol. The Cabbage is soaked in salt, and it takes all the liquid out...it's pickled (it's really just spicy sauerkraut)
