No not on a diet but if you look like that pinup girl I would follow you into traffic.
The caveman diet. makes perfect sense to me. If a caveman couldnt get his hands on it you dont eat it. all processed foods rice breads. Ibeleive thats how we were designed to ear really.Like (1)

Yes, seems a bit extreme to me, but I may give it a try, because I tend to eat more at night. It sure will be hard to give up pasta and I refuse to eat raw meat. Rare is OK, but raw is way over the line.
