Anyone suffer from fibromyalgia? and what helps you? i have tried everything my dr can think of?

I was never actually diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I had a lot of the symptoms. Sore joints, body aches, sluggishness, etc. What I found really helped was first I went gluten-free and then I also went raw vegan. I lost like 24 lbs and I felt really, really good. I had energy I hadn't had in 20 years. I wonder if a lot of modern ailments have to do with eating too much processed food. When you are raw vegan, you cut all that out. Maybe you could try this. I noticed mine all but went away while I was pregnant. I had other pains mind you, but not the same as what I call the "F" pains. I was taking a multi with a large dose of flax oil. I would not eat canned, tv dinners, or processed foods. This eating style helps add magnesium and other minerals to your diet. It also keeps MSG out of your diet. I have tried to keep as close to this eating style now and only get the pain about once a month when I get run-down.

With Fibromyalgia her doctor she did see

With medicine and her daily walk'

Her life was improved,by her reasoning!

Knock is right. Alkalize your body, eat only whole fresh foods, no more sugar, processed food or artificial ingredients. No GMO, or irradiated. Get plenty of non-flouridated water. Exercise.
Get your supplements....minerals that you can absorb, esp. magnesium and zinc. And lots of vit. C.

I have multiple sclerosis, similar to fibro. I was having bad signals, messages of pain being sent..massive pain but not real, but you cant convince yourself it isnt real when it feels real to you. Nerve ending are what make pain ..painful. I did alot of research on this and have been med free for 9 months. Serotonin is the pleasure center of the brain, but we cannot duplicate it or get it in a pill form. Our bodies make it naturally, but there are things to make it produce more, increase production. When I begin to have a painful episode, I take Serotain..it is herbal, to increase the serotonin production. I told my nuero..why cant I send a message of my own, by taking seratain, to trick my brain into feeling pleasure instead of pain. You cant not therotically feel both at the same time. So, I overload my brain with serotain which increases serotonin..the pleasure messages therefore wiping out the pain messages. It has worked for me, the nuero said that was actually a neat idea, I told him, it works for me and that's all I care about. Sometimes we have to think outside the box, and I have tried everything. Research melittin. Its the active component in bee venom. Strong anti inflammatory effects. Injections need to be done by a doctor. Sublingual spray at home.

I will answer this in some detail.

I tried painkillers.

What works:
Nutrition - I eat lots of healthy fats, cultured foods and no processed food or sugar at all. This is hard to do in the beginning but I have invented all sorts of shortcuts that try to mimic opening the freezer and taking out tv dinner. It is actually quite easy just requires planning and adapting.

I take certain natural pain remedies when necessary, works bettter than any otc or pres. meds.

I take adaptogenic herbs in formulas to boost energy and give overall consistent clear thinking and balance.

Symptoms I have had
severe fatigue not replenished by 8 hours of sleep or more
knots in muscles all over my body, but mostly in right side
severe anxiety
memory loss
brain fog
severe IBS and acid reflux
today I only have
a few knots and a little unregulated sleep trouble

Ask your doctor for hydroxychloroquine (brand name is Plaquenil). 200 mg., twice per day. It should give you some relief.
