    It just depends on the situation sometimes it could be the kid even if he/she has great parents and then of course it could be the other side where the parents treat the kid pretty bad but that doesn't mean the kid has to follow that route

    Id like to say yes but i know its not always the case. There can be many factors that can add it to it. Honestly there can be one event that can change a persons life and behavior forever.
