Depends on who's asking. I find questions about myself hard to answer on that I usually question people's motives about asking me, especially if they're personal.

You'll be asking a person about themselves............. clearly, if the person knows themself well, they'll have it easy answering whatever you throw at them. Some don't have that luxury. More or less .... you're basically asking "How well do you know yourself?" For me.. I know very little to nothing. I'll know more about myself the more I go out and get experience in random situations. "What would I do?"

Depends on the question. Shallow, superficial questions are quite easy for me to answer. There are some, though, that aren't the easiest to answer. Just because they're difficult to answer doesn't mean you're dishonest. Actually, for me, lying is easier than telling the truth any day!
