Depends how you mean...the people who go around shouting threats like in gangs are not dangerous, the quiet one in the back though is the one to look out for, because he won't warn anyone...he'll just do something, or someone if he's pissed off.

I believe that is so correct speaking of adults I am a very quiet person of course in a group I perform and make people laugh and I am known to say and in here to type things a tad bit over the edge.
