    No, they are victims of a warped mind. The second amendment provides the right to bear arms, not go slaughter innocent people. This is not about the guns. Criminals and mentally disturbed people don't care what the law says.

    I didn't it wasn't abuse of our right to bear arms. It is however a disregard of other laws. I am not arguing stating my opinion. The problem with so many of our political debates here is that we forget everyone has an opinion and they can all vary. It's why I get blocked a lot. People only want to hear their own. Sorry if I offended you. Seriously.

    But to answer your question, NO. I do not. I think if there's any abuse here, it's by our political leaders using horrible events to fuel political agendas they'd already been working on for a year (or more) before Sandy Hook happened.

    in china the same day as sandy hook there was a guy who came in a school with a knife and cut up over 20 kids. There are nut jobs everywhere weapons could be anything they grab. You ban guns you only harm the innocent who are respectfull enough to follow laws. criminals will not turn guns in or register them if anything they will buy more for when there is no guns available for innocent civilians the criminals can still get them threw black markets then the more guns you have the more power you have

    "Collateral damage" is a word the government uses to describe innocent people that they kill while trying to kill some else. The people at Sandy Hook were the target.

    The second amendment is a separate issue with no clear objective evidence to support either side of the political argument. To use the death of children to promote a political agenda is wrong.
