I like doing walking meditation on a labyrinth. If that's not available, plain ol' walking is still pretty helpful.

Practice silence. Try this: Find a quiet spot in your house, or outside, or wherever. Stand with your feet kind of together, back straight, and bring your hands to your heart in a "prayer" position. Close your eyes, and breathe. Stay there until your body tells you "that's enough". You will feel better.

There are many ways to cope with stress. One that works for me is to load a bowl and play Borderlands 2.
After an hour of killing everything on the screen I'm very mellow. The bowl doesn't hurt either. :)Like (1)

do something you enjoy. or go somewhere peaceful or take a nap. or go somewhere where no one else is where its empty. thats my advice
