In the 70's the Jesus movement was really big, we were kids but we would go to church in a basement of a christian commune, the indoor pool was used for baptisims. The commune had two sides one for the girls, one for guys, everyone worked, the guys all worked and they all put their money togeather, the girls cooked, cleaned, went to school., and ran errands. They had two married cupples who were the head of the households, they were like the pastors, They were in charge of making sure it ran smoothly , they were loving, but there was no messing around, they had time for prayer, and bible study.They did have rules to follow.

You mean something a la "Jesus Camp" ? God, no. And I hope I wont ever visit one.
