Yes if you were cheated by mother nature born male. InsideI felt like I was missing something that was part of my real inner female self. I got "C"'s to enhance my other natural lower curves and live as a female.
people treat people who look appealing better ...it's not vanity, to adapt to reality. If people want plastic surgery, it's because society puts value on how you look. Are people who are naturally "pretty" being vain not to try to make themselves look bad?
Probably not, unless there was a medical reason, or a deformity.
In a way, no--but that's if you consider wanting to look "normal" after cancer, etc., as "vanity".
Cancer, genetic issues, injuries, deformities. It's not always vanity, although it seems so most of the time. Normalcy is important too.
