    I dont have anything as extreme as that, but I do have a tachycardia. I take beta blockers for that, and WOW what a difference!

    When mine started, I was stuck in bed or on the sofa for a year, I needed a wheelchair really, 4 yrs later, Im still effected but much better, I have learnt patience thats for sure, you have to stay positive and keep your sense of humour and execise whenever you can, its so important, dont think too inwardly, get out into that fresh air, look at the sky and the trees.

    Plus please eat well, if you need any other advice, Im here for you. As you go on you learn to cope much better with it, you get to know your triggers. Take each day as it comes.
